What is a Fiiler and how does it work?
Dermal fillers, as the name suggests, are used to fill recessed, facial areas. It is a temporary, relatively painless procedure with immediate results.
A quick fix to soften facial wrinkles, plump lips, and fill out any recessed facial areas. Fillers work by adding small amounts of volume along the crease or depressions. This volume plumps up the skin and reduces or eliminates the recessed area/crease.

The main ingredient in JUVÉDERM® fillers is a modified form of Hyaluronic Acid (HA). JUVÉDERM® injectable gels labeled with "XC" contain pain-reducing lidocaine to help manage pain or discomfort during the injection. You may also ask your aesthetic healthcare provider about a topical numbing cream or ice to help further minimize discomfort.
Products in the JUVÉDERM® Collection are FDA-approved and have been widely studied. Numerous clinical studies have been completed globally evaluating the safety and effectiveness of Vycross® technology fillers. The JUVÉDERM® Collection of fillers are approved for use in adults aged 21 and. older.
Effects are visible immediately after injection. Our fillers are reversible and non-permanent, although with ongoing treatment the time interval between successive treatments will extend as skin repairs itself beneath the folds and creases.
The most common side effects were temporary reactions at the treatment site, such as tenderness, bruising, swelling, lumps/bumps, redness, pain, firmness, discoloration, or itching. As with all skin-injection procedures, there is a risk of infection. Minimize exercise, sun or heat exposure, and alcoholic beverages within the first 24 hours following treatment to avoid worsening these side effects. JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC
JUVEDERM® VOLBELLA® XC, for use in lips, is an injectable gel for injection into the lips for lip augmentation and for correction of perioral lines (lines around the mouth), often called lipstick lines, vertical lip lines, or lip wrinkles in adults over the age of 21.
JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC, for use in undereye area, is an injectable gel that adds volume to improve the appearance of undereye hollowing. Undereye hollows are depressed, sunken, or hollow areas below the eyes that contribute to a tired-looking appearance.
JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC lasts up to 1 year, with optimal treatment.
JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC is a crystal-clear gel that is injected directly into and around the lips using an ultra-fine needle to temporarily plump the lips for lip augmentation and to smooth the appearance of lines around the mouth. It can also be injected into the undereye area to improve the appearance of undereye hollows. It temporarily restores lost volume to the undereye hollows to create a smooth transition from the undereye area to the cheek area. The addition of lidocaine helps to improve the comfort of the injection by reducing sensitivity to pain.
JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC
JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC, for use in the cheeks, is the only FDA approved filler specifically developed for the cheek area. As you age, the cheeks may flatten and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by a natural loss of volume in the cheek area, or what the experts call age-related midface volume loss. JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC adds volume beneath the skin's surface, which provides lift and contour to the cheek area.
